 Frequently Asked Questions: 


1.       I’ve placed an order, how do I know Ninestyles has received it?


After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email of confirmation.  You will also receive an invoice by email confirming your order.   


2.     How long after I place an order will it be shipped?


We’ll ship your order within 1-2 days after it’s been received.  Depending on which shipping option you choose, your package will take anywhere between 2 days to approximately 1 week. 


3.     What methods of payment are available?


We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


            4.     Where do you ship? 


We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.   


5.     How are items shipped?


We ship through Canada Post.  You can choose to ship your order by Regular, Expedited or Priority.  All items have a tracking number to ensure that they do not get lost upon delivery.   

6.     How are items packaged?


Your package size and what we ship it in will depend on what you’re ordering.  We have Ninestyles packages that we use to ship out smaller items, and larger items will be shipped in boxes.  At no extra charge, we also gift wrap items for you and can ship them to the address of the gift-receiver. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ninestyles we want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so we understand if you have changed your mind on an item and would like to return or exchange it.   We want you to be happy with what you've purchased!


Returns


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt for a store credit good for one year or a refund (minus the shipping costs).  Custom orders, however, are non-refundable.  We apologize but we cannot accept returns for items received after thirty (30) days.


Please note that purchasers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items to Ninestyles.


Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt for an exchange.  We apologize but we cannot exchange items after thirty (30) days.


Again, please note that purchasers are responsible for shipping charges when exhanging items with Ninestyles.


Return & Exchange Pointers


 ** All items being returned or exchanged must be in unused condition and have their original packaging returned with them.  Ninestyles reserves the right to determine whether or not an item is in its original condition.  **


Items must be sent back to us through tracked methods of mail.  The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. 


All sale items & custom orders are FINAL SALES.  No exceptions.
